The Society elected a new executive body at its 29th General Assembly on August 30, 2025, in Kathmandu. The president, vice-president and four members were decided by vote, while the general secretary, treasurer and secretary were elected unanimously. The immediate past president retains a seat on the board per the Society’s bylaws. At its inaugural meeting on September 21, 2025, the committee approved the nominations of Dr. Rabindra Man Shrestha and
Suman Raj Malla as members. It also appointed a new five-member advisory panel.
